She doesn't technically turn 16 until November 23rd but it is never too early to get your party on. She is going to sell 5,000 tickets for $250 bucks a pop. She says, "I only turn 16 once, so it's going to be an awesome party with my favorite rides, hanging out with my friends, fireworks and more. I'll even get to sing a couple of songs."
Tickets go on sale August 30th, one week from tomorrow, 9am pacific time online only at http://disneyparks.com/miley .
