From one tall girl to another I was so upset to hear about the passing of the world's tallest woman. Towering over 7 foot, 7 inches, 53-year old Sandy Allen died yesterday. She had been hospitalized with a recurring blood infection, diabetes, breathing troubles and kidney failure, but doctors still haven't determined the real cause of death. The reason for her height? She had a tumor on her pituitary gland that caused to much growth hormone.
