I saw this and yes I thought it was so gross, but you know when you taste or smell something nasty you have to get confirmation from someone else?
You know like, "UGH this tastes/smells disgusting. Taste/smell it." And then the other person does and replies, "UGH gross!"
Well, this is one of those confirmation moments.
This was on FOX news it is a video of a woman from Arizona named Rosemary and her surgery. See Rosemary started experiencing blurred vision and numbness in her arm. So she went to the doctor and they diagnosed her with a brain tumor. BUT it wasn't a brain tumor. When the doctors went in to surgically remove the said tumor they found a WORM!!!! AHHHH!!! Yes a worm LIVING IN HER BRAIN!!!!
(Now, the doctors say there are two ways this could happen: 1. by eating uncooked pork 2. eating food by someone who didn't wash their hands after using the bathroom...ewww!)
Anyway, good news is the worm was removed and she is doing fine.
Bad news: I have video of the worm removal. (The actual operation footage starts at 2:42) Can your stomach handle it? If so, watch away.


OK so I am NEVER eating out to eat again or pork. Bye-bye bacon it was a nice affair while it lasted.

This is a game that a childhood friend and myself invented many, many moons ago when we were younger and it has become a favorite past time for the family.

So how do you Orb hunt?

It's easy really. As you are driving around town you search for the lit plastic cup decor and the deal is you have to be the first to scream, "ORB!" And you just keep score throughout the season. What do you win? The satisfaction that you are the best Orb hunter EVER!

So in case you didn't know Merle Haggard was recently diagnosed with lung cancer (scary). This week he had surgery to remove the affected tissue and doctors found no more signs of cancer!!! Merle has the non-small cell lung cancer, which has a better survival rate than small cell.

He is now at home recovering and seems to be back to his old self already.

"Due to the surgeon, the Tylenol pushers on the fourth floor of the
hospital, and most of all my wife Theresa, I'm feeling good. I'd like to
know who controls the largest shares of Tylenol. God forbid it be the oil

Well he is going to try as he hosts Saturday Night Live November 22nd.

Tim has little faith in his comedic skills,

"I'm not exactly known for my comedy...But then again if you've been to one of my shows you might feel differently. Hopefully hanging around Vince Vaughn, Reese Witherspoon and Jon Favreau is good training."

All of them are in the new movie "Four Christmases" which open November 26th. It looks really funny, however, you don't see Tim in any of the trailers on TV. Maybe he isn't a comedic genius.

Yesterday, officials for the National Toy Hall of Fame announced that three classic toys will be added to their collection at the Strong National Museum in Rochester, New York.

The three classic toys consist of the baby doll, the skateboard, and...THE STICK!

And yes, by stick they are talking about the one you pick off trees.

I know everyone at one point has played with a stick but what an odd choice. Were they running low on options? How did they go about picking the stick? Does size really matter when choosing"the stick" to put in the museum? So many questions left unanswered.

Ok so if you don't know by now- I love to cook! But you know when you just get stuck in a rut with the same old recipies and you just get bored.

Well I have to say that I am a genius. Tonight I was trying to figure out what to cook for dinner.

I had some boneless, skinless chicken and I thought, "Why not do chicken fingers...homemade.

Ok, so I know you are saying, "Whoo! Chicken fingers? Way to go Julia Child." But give me a break I was going for simple AND they were homemade mind you.

But this is not the creme de la creme....wait for it!

So I said, "Self, you love Canes. Wouldn't be great if you could some how recreate their sauce?"

Supposedly it is a highly guarded secret within their restaurant, however I cracked the code and made it...I was so impressed!!!

So I now give to you, because I love you deeply, my concoction of Canes sauce or as I refer to it...liquid crack.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Hellman's Mayo (don't skimp on the cheap stuff, it won't taste the same)

1/2 cup Heinz ketchup (again, go with HEINZ!)

10 dashes of Lee and Perrins Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients into bowl. Let sit for at least an hour to let marinate together...any earlier and it tastes mayo-ey....however I am sure it would be even more fantastic if you let it sit overnight.

How many does it serve? Well, I would assume more that 2 people, but it just depends on how much you love it.
