The Black Crowes are claiming that Gretchen's song "Work Hard, Play Harder" is a rip-off of their 1991 hit " Jealous Again" and they have gotten the suits involved. Gretchen as well as the songs publishers, have been served copyright infringement notices and are expecting Gretchen and her camp. to pay up or go to court.
